I’m quitting the starvation diet. I read that it can cause hair loss and that is the LAST thing I want, since my hair is the only part of me that isn’t fucking hideous. I’m not returning to eating the quantities I was before though. But I will eat eggs and beans, fruit and vegetables. I’ll restrict myself to no more than 2 pieces of bread a day and I’ll use squash as a substitute for pasta.
I don’t want to trade one form of ugliness for another.
